- Agency information: Brand name, logo, and workspace slug
- Platform tokens: OAuth access tokens for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and WhatsApp (encrypted at rest)
- Content data: Posts, templates, and campaign content you create
- Usage data: Feature usage logs and audit trails for security
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and operate the Socialty platform
- Authenticate sessions and secure your account
- Publish content to connected social profiles on your instruction
- Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset)
- Respond to support requests and resolve technical issues
3. Data Storage and Security
- All data stored on servers in India
- OAuth tokens and API keys encrypted at rest using AES-256
- All data transmission over HTTPS/TLS
- Passwords stored using one-way cryptographic hashing
- Session tokens expire after 7 days of inactivity
4. Third-Party Integrations
When connecting third-party platforms, your use is also governed by their policies:
- Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp): Meta Privacy Policy

- Socialty AI (third-party language-model providers): usage processed under our Privacy Policy.
